Class policies
Cancellation & refunds
7 or more business days before class: full refund. 3–6 business days before class: 50% refund. Fewer than 3 business days: no refund.
No-shows
Failure to attend without notice is not refunded. Not meeting course prerequisites is not refunded.
Transfers
Transfer requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before the original course date. The first transfer is free; later transfers may have a rescheduling fee.
Late arrival
Arriving more than 30 minutes after the scheduled start time is considered a no-show.
Payment
Some courses require a deposit to hold your seat. All balances are due by the end of class.
